The ST832 kneecap remover is an excellent solution for reducing labor costs associated with thigh deboning. This innovative machine not only removes the bone, but also removes the cartilage simultaneously, eliminating the need for additional trimming after deboning. While other machines require at least two operators to remove the cartilage, the ST832 does it without the need for additional personnel. With a single operator, it is possible to debone and remove gristle from up to 38 thighs per minute.
