The design of the equipment achieves continuous bleeding and cooling of the fish, moving the product by means of blades with a grid that moves it delicately, without damaging the fish. The main parameters are regulable to achieve the adjustment to the real process of the line.

With this equipment, perfect bleeding and cooling of the fish is achieved, maintaining its appearance and quality.

The fish are received at the tank inlet through a conveyor belt or the feeding system chosen by the client. The fish descends to the tank and is slowly transported by the blades, remaining submerged, for cooling for an adjustable time of about 30 minutes. This time is adjustable as the system includes a regulator of water temperature, process time and transport speed.

At the tank outlet, the fish go directly to a feeding table of the next working line or to a conveyor, depending on the customer's process.
