The ENSANG 5000 continuous fish bleeding and cooling machine has been designed to carry out the bleeding and cooling process in a continuous manner, ensuring homogeneous and controlled treatment.

The system moves the product by means of stainless steel pushing blades with grids, providing gentle handling without causing damage. The fish remain submerged for an adjustable period, allowing proper cooling and effective bleeding, adapting to the specific requirements of each production line.
