AUTOMATIC BRANDING MARKER MOD. FACMA-1 AND FACMA-2

The FACMA automatic branding marker is designed for the in-line marking of hams and shoulders, ensuring their identification and traceability throughout the production process and subsequent commercialisation.

Its fully automated operation allows uniform marking on every piece, whether using the M.A.P.A. seal or any other custom brand or logo.

The product is conveyed rind-side down on two drag chains, which ensure correct positioning and centring. A photocell detects its passage and activates the fixing and marking mechanisms to perform the process accurately and continuously.

It is specially designed to adapt to all types of hams, whether with trimmed rind or untrimmed. The FACMA-2 version, equipped with a dual marking head, is particularly suitable for higher-production lines.
