The AM-600 automatic lard applicator is designed to automate the lard coating process for hams and shoulders during the final curing stages.
The system incorporates 3 adjustable automatic spray guns that ensure homogeneous coating over the entire surface of the product.
The melted lard is kept in optimal conditions thanks to the heated tank, pneumatic pump and specific impulse and filtering circuits, ensuring constant temperature and viscosity throughout the process.
The ham moves along a stainless steel conveyor chain to the application area, where the spray guns are automatically activated by photocell detection.
The line incorporates an independent chain cleaning system, extractor and speed regulation, providing hygienic, efficient and reliable operation.
