RECTANGULAR FORMAT PRESS IN TWO AND THREE DIMENSIONS MOD. PE-1R/1050, PE-1R/800, PET-1R/1050 AND PET-1R/800
The PE-1R and PET-1R rectangular presses are designed for pressing hams, shoulders and other meat products in 1,050 or 800 mm long moulds.
Their pressing system allows obtaining uniform and homogeneous products, improving the final presentation and helping to reduce waste generated during slicing operations.
Once the products are prepared, they are introduced into the press. Through hydraulic operation, one vertical cylinder and horizontal side cylinders compress the product in sequential pressure and stop cycles, distributing compaction uniformly throughout the entire piece.
The machine can optionally be equipped with a hydraulic mould loader, allowing the automatic introduction of hams or shoulders into 900 or 500 mm long moulds.
