WASHING AND BRUSHING MACHINE FOR HAMS MOD. CEP-LAP
The CEP-LAP is designed to automate washing and brushing operations for hams and shoulders at different stages of the process, ensuring uniform treatment across all pieces.
After salting, it removes surface salt residues, preventing defects such as crust formation or salt crystals. After drying, it is effective in removing surface mould and improving the final appearance of the product.
The system combines pressurised washing with tilting sprinklers, brushing and a final rinsing stage, ensuring homogeneous cleaning. The washing water is recovered within the circuit, optimising consumption.
The machine features a 3-brush system: 2 upper brushes and 1 lower brush, and can be easily integrated into a continuous production line.
