Specially designed to connect to an automatic slicing line and produce half slices of the cured ham bar. The automatic ham cutter and turner line divides the bar into two equal longitudinal halves and subsequently rotates the two parts, orienting the cut upwards. This guarantees a perfect cut of the two halves and ideal positioning in the container or envelope of the product to be sold. Cutting capacities up to 500 and 800 mm.

The bars are fed on a cross conveyor that, in addition to positioning them, allows an accumulation of 3 to 4 bars. An automatic loading system introduces the bar and places it in the cutting area. Electronically controlled positioners center the bar, activate the clamping systems and perform the cut. The two pieces are then released and advance until they reach the position for the turn. The turning devices execute the sequence of movements to leave the two parts of the bar in parallel, with an established separation and the cut upwards, preparing the pieces to go to the slicer.
