WEIGHT BATCHING AND GRADING SYSTEM MOD. UNI 80, UNI 100 AND UNI 150
The UNI system is designed for weighing, grading and batching different types of products in food processing lines.
It allows the classification of individual items and the formation of batches with high precision, reducing overweight margins and improving process efficiency.
The equipment consists of an infeed conveyor, a dynamic weighing unit and a grading and discharge system using ejectors, which separates the product according to its weight and directs it to the corresponding outputs.
Available in versions with 6 or 10 discharge points, the system can be adapted to different line configurations, product types and production requirements.
