The FSB octopus washing and tenderizing drum has been designed to carry out the washing, tenderizing and curling process in a controlled manner, enhancing product appearance and texture.

The internal paddle system generates uniform mechanical action, promoting a more tender texture after processing and achieving homogeneous curling of the tentacles, ensuring proper product presentation.

The system provides effective batch cleaning, removing sand and residues through adjustable process parameters such as time, rotation speed and water flow, adapting to the specific needs of each processing plant.

Its AISI 316 stainless steel construction and hygienic design ensure durability, resistance to humid environments and easy maintenance in demanding octopus processing applications.
