LOADING AND UNLOADGIN SYSTEM MOD. VOX
As official distributors of Verinox in Spain, we offer their VOX handling system, a robotic solution designed to optimise the loading and unloading of products — trays, sausages, pre-packaged food, among others — onto conveyor belts, trolleys and racks, as well as for "pick and place" operations.
Equipped with an articulated arm that can be customised for each product and fitted with special sensors, the system recognises, grips and positions each item with precision. Its compact design allows it to operate even in reduced production spaces, and its flexible programming ensures adaptation to different types of trolleys and products.
The VOX can be configured with different solutions — rack extraction and insertion islands, telescopic robot movement, among others — depending on the productivity required and the type of product to be handled. Its gripping system is interchangeable, allowing the robot's functionality to be updated and adapted to new production requirements without needing to replace the entire system.
