Nieros produces various shoe cleaning machines in various models. They are designed for cleaning the soles, or for sanitizing the footwear as a whole. The sole cleaners have horizontal brushes that are activated by pressing a button. In contrast, the industrial boot cleaner has vertical brushes that clean the sides of the boots. These brushes are height adjustable to ensure complete cleaning. The most effective combination is a footwear cleaning station that addresses both the soles and sides of the boots, with additional disinfection. Some models include a hand brush for manual footwear cleaning. All our footwear cleaning machines are made of stainless steel to facilitate complete and easy cleaning.

NIEROS® Sole Cleaning Machine DR is a perfect solution for all production areas where clean footwear is of highest importance and where a considerable number of personnel enter and exit on a continual basis. Its automatically generated cleaning line enables fast, easy and efficient disinfection of footwear.

Available in different cleaning-line lengths: model DR 1000, DR 1400, DR 1800 and DR 2300.

Each model is available in two versions of vertical brushes for cleaning and sanitising sides of the footwear that differ in height:

• Model DR 1000-2300 V 70: vertical brushes of 70 mm in height
• Model DR 1000-2300 V 300: vertical brushes of 300 mm in height

Likewise, it is available for different shoe heights:

• Model DR 1400 B 6: suitable for high boots
• Model DR 1400 H 6: suitable for low boots
