WEDGING-CHUNKING MACHINE MOD. SCM

The SCM is a semi-automatic machine designed specifically for cutting mango into wedges and chunks. The operation is simple for the operator, who simply has to place the peeled and halved fruits on an infeed conveyor belt. This machine has a loading belt with two stations and two cutting units: the first cutting unit is a guillotine and performs the horizontal cut, while the second cutting unit, composed of circular rotating blades, performs vertical cuts creating fruit wedges. By activating both cutting units, the fruit will be cut into chunks.

In the event that only wedge cutting is desired, the first station can be deactivated.
