PREWASH TANK MOD. PREP-WASH

The PREP-WASH has been specifically designed to clean fresh fruits. The first section of the tank introduces a stream of water that directs the fruits onto a modular flighted conveyor belt, allowing them to be processed in water, including the non-floating ones. During this process, the fruits are moved by the bubbling motion of water. The prewash tank has a recirculation pump and a water filtration system. Likewise, it is possible to adjust the speed of the belt using a frequency converter integrated into the control panel. After the process, disinfection is easy thanks to the openings on both sides of the tank and the easily removable side rails.
