The DTF treatment tank is an essential resource to prevent oxidation in fruits and is optimal in the processing of apples, pears, pineapples, melons, oranges and various types of fruits, both in whole and cut form. Thanks to the conductivity control unit and the dosing system, this tank becomes an unmatched ally in the processing of fruits that require extending their shelf life. During the process, the fruit is immersed in a solution that protects its aroma and color, mitigating any risk of oxidation. The design of the system aims to minimize the amount of water in the tank and, therefore, the percentage of substance added, while guaranteeing the precise minutes of immersion for the fruit.

Both the tank and the conveyor belts have been meticulously designed to optimize the time required for cleaning and maintenance, significantly reducing costs associated with labor.
