PASTEURIZING OVEN MOD. MHP CU
The MHP CU pasteurizing oven is an installation designed for small productions that offers optimal performance in terms of cooking and pasteurization of food, especially suitable for the heat treatment of products packaged in buckets or trays. This modern generation of ovens is highly versatile, suitable for various types of cooking, from dry cooking to drying, roasting, steam cooking and high temperature pasteurization.

Counter-Pressure Pasteurization: thanks to the ability to carry out phases with a counter-pressure chamber, with or without forced ventilation, it is possible to achieve cooking and pasteurization levels that are not achievable with conventional ovens. Exceptional uniformity and rapid heating up to 110°C are guaranteed by high-performance stainless steel rotors and special shielded electrical resistances. The structure of the MHP CU pasteurizer is heavily reinforced, designed to meet the demands of back pressure (up to 0.49 bar) and high temperatures (up to 108°C).
It is possible to monitor and control the work cycle through a customized VISIO touch screen.
