When slicing cured hams and shoulders, a precise format is of utmost importance to avoid as much as possible waste generated in the slicer.

The DESMOLD allows to load the hams and shoulders from the pressed formats, regardless of the type of press used to carry out this operation. 

Our exclusive design also achieves the demolding of the hams after the stabilization and cooling phase of hams.
