In the slicing of cured hams and shoulders, a precise format is of utmost importance to minimize to the maximum the waste generated in the slicing process.

The DESMOLD allows to load the hams and shoulders from the pressed formats, regardless of the type of press used to carry out this operation. 

Our exclusive design also achieves the demolding of the hams after its stabilization and cooling phase.
