MANUAL HYDRAULIC MOULD LOADER AND UNLOADER MOD. DESMOLD
The DESMOLD system is designed for loading pressed hams and shoulders into moulds and demoulding them, regardless of the press model used.
Compatible with 900 or 500 mm long moulds, it provides a uniform format and optimises yield in subsequent processes such as slicing or dicing.
The unit automatically loads the product into the mould after pressing and allows it to be demoulded after the stabilisation and cooling stages.
Its hydraulic system and two-hand control allow safe, efficient operation adapted to different production formats.
