Our cabinets are specially designed to achieve a perfect washing of the different types of shelves, structures, trolleys, buckets, etc. that day by day accumulate dirt from the different processes in the transport of the product. Among our range of washing cabinets, we can highlight two types:

• The LAES model, with mobile pressure washing showers
• The ALES model, with fixed washing showers

When the rack is insterted into the cabinet, the washing cycle starts automatically in recirculation circuit. Rinsing is then carried out by means of a set of sprinklers located in the upper part, which sprinkle the water directly from the mains.

The circuit of the ALES model consists of a pressure pump, tank, water heating system and fixed sprinkler batteries duly positioned and directed to the rack.

The circuit of the LAES model is composed of a pressure pump, tank, water heating system and mobile sprinkler battery. The washing is carried out by means of a sweeping movement in the forward and reverse cycles of the sprinkler battery.
