For the permanent marking of hams and shoulders, facilitating their identification and traceability throughout the entire production cycle and commercial life. This system is designed for in-line operation, fully automating the marking process and ensuring consistent marking on every piece—whether applying the M.A.P.A. seal or any other custom mark or logo.

Specifically designed to adapt to all types of hams, whether with trimmed rind or untrimmed.

The ham is placed on a conveyor belt with the rind facing up and passes through the marking area. A photocell detects the product and activates the centering system. Once the ham is centered, the marking unit imprints the upper rind surface using laser heating.
