Manual pneumatic-driven cutting machine to cut boneless hams and shoulders, cured products and other meats. Two cutting machine models are produced based on the cutting width: 500mm and 800mm

The cutting machine features an adjustable stop to adapt the cutting size to the customer's requirements. Once the cutting size is adjusted, the product is manually placed, and the cutting machine makes a single straight cut.
