The two-head semi-automatic corer and cylinder has been specifically designed to achieve cylindrical cuts in pineapples. An operator loads the fruit and the machine is responsible for doing the entire process in three stages: coring, cutting of the top and tail and finally, cylindering. In addition to cylindrical cutting, the machine offers the flexibility to cut into rings, segments and chunks according to customer requirements.

The structure of the machine is made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and meeting high hygiene standards. All components are easily interchangeable to guarantee optimal performance. All parts in contact with the fruit are certified for use in the food industry and both cleaning and maintenance are quick and easy.
