AUTOMATIC MOULD WASHING AND SWEEPING TUNNEL MOD. SPM TLAV900 AND SPM TS900

With the SPM TLAV900 washing line, the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene of the moulds that allow the continuous pressing cycles of ham and shoulder are achieved. Equipped with two sections, washing and rinsing, independent in their operation. Detergent dosing systems, self-cleaning filters and water heating by means of steam or heating elements make up these machines, which are capable of solving the problems of continuous washing of all types of molds and lids with minimum water consumption by reusing the washing water and rinsing with mains water.

Along with the SPM TS900, a turbine-powered, heated blow-sweep is offered. This tunnel allows us to continuously wash and drain the molds and lids by sweeping them. The equipment has two parallel transports, one for the molds and the other for the lids. The cleaning of the molds is carried out with closed circuit washing and direct network rinsing.
