The ST828 chicken deboner is compact and does not require a large space for operation. It can process up to 45 pieces per minute with a single operator. In addition, the preformed horizontal infeed trays facilitate continued use for long periods. Optional outfeed belts and trimming tables allow cartilage to be trimmed out straight after the machine or to transport the product for further processing. As the diaphragm is not under pressure in its holder, bone breakage is maintained at a maximum of 1%.
