The SPM TLAV 900 washing tunnel guarantees the hygiene standards required for continuous ham and shoulder mould pressing cycles, through a fully automated washing and rinsing process.

Thanks to its two independent conveyors, the equipment washes moulds and lids simultaneously and continuously, featuring automatic detergent dosing, self-cleaning filters and water heating options via steam or electric resistors.

The system minimises water consumption through closed-circuit recirculation during washing, combined with a final direct mains rinse, delivering a uniform result with minimal impact on water and energy costs.
