AUTOMATIC MOULD WASHING AND SWEEPING TUNNEL MOD. SPM TLAV900 AND SPM TS900

The SPM TLAV900 tunnel, combined with the SPM TS900 draining system, guarantees the hygiene standards required for continuous ham and shoulder mould pressing cycles, integrating washing, rinsing and drying of moulds and lids into a single line.

The equipment combines automatic detergent dosing, self-cleaning filters and water heating via steam or electric resistors, with closed-circuit washing that minimises water consumption and a final direct mains rinse.

The TS900 system adds a heated, turbine-driven air-blowing sweep that leaves moulds and lids completely dry and ready for immediate reuse, thanks to its two independent parallel conveyors.
