AUTOMATIC STAMPER MOD. FACMA-1 AND FACMA-2
This equipment is designed to ensure the identification and traceability of hams and shoulders throughout their entire production cycle and commercial life. Its in-line integration allows for fully automated operation, ensuring uniform stamping on every piece—whether applying the official M.A.P.A. seal or any custom brand or logo. It is specially designed to adapt to all types of hams, whether with trimmed or untrimmed rind.
The FACMA-2 version is equipped with a dual stamping head, making it ideal for high-production lines.
The ham is placed rind-side down on two drag chains that ensure proper positioning and centering. A photocell detects the product and activates the fixation mechanisms for both the product and the stamper. While the ham is held from above, the sealing system applies the stamping to the underside of the rind. Heating is achieved via resistors. The stamping cycle alternates between both heads to ensure continuous operation.
