The DNC-600 continuous curing agent dosing unit is designed to apply the exact and uniform amount of curing agent required on hams and shoulders, ensuring consistent treatment across every piece.

Its in-line operation automates a process that is traditionally carried out manually, reducing labour and processing time while improving batch consistency and product quality.

Once the ham is placed on the conveyor belt, a photocell detects its passage and activates the dosing system, which applies the exact amount of curing agent required onto each piece.

Thanks to this system, the product is left ready for the subsequent massaging process, optimising process continuity and efficiency.
