This operation, traditionally carried out manually, involves a great loss of time and work. The design of our continuous system allows for an exact dosage of the nitrifying agent, ensuring that all the pieces receive identical treatment, achieving uniformity throughout the batch and minimising the time and labour used in this phase.

Once the ham is placed on the conveyor belt, a photocell detects it and the dispenser applies the necessary amount of nitrifying agent to the piece, leaving it ready for subsequent massaging.
