AUTOMATIC WASHING TUNNEL MOD. LB AND LBT - 400, 500 AND 600

The tunnel for continuous washing of trays and containers is equipped with two completely independent sections for washing and rinsing for complete hygiene. The water can be heated by steam or electric heating elements. Completed with a practical self-cleaning filter. Its design provides us with minimum waste of water by reusing the washing water and rinsing with mains water.

This tunnel is available in two versions, the LB model, with trays displacement by pulling, and the LBT model with an automatic conveyor with a stainless steel chain driven by a variable speed reducer.

The equipment allows us to wash trays continuously, by only adjusting the guides and operating the water control valves. It consists of a transport system with guides, a pressurized water circuit and a rinsing circuit.
