This washing line guarantees the required hygiene standards that allow for continuous ham and shoulder mould pressing cycles. It consists of two independent operation sections: washing and rinsing.

Equipped with detergent dosing systems, selfcleaning filters and water heating options by means of steam or heating resistors, this machine solves the problems of continuous washing of all types of molds and lids with minimum water consumption, reusing the water used in washing and rinsing with mains water. This line allows continous washing of molds and lids. The equipment has two parallel conveyors, one for the molds and one for the lids. The cleaning of the molds is done with closed circuit washing and rinsing directly from the mains.
