The washing machine is specially designed to obtain a perfect washing of the hangers with pressurized water and spray rinsing. After the different production processes and especially drying, the hangers accumulate residues and dirt. This washing machine is essential for an optimal washing and maintenance of these hangers. The washing is carried out in a recirculation circuit consisting of a pressure pump, tank, steam system to heat the water and a battery of mobile sprinklers directed in all directions. Rinsing is carried out by overhead spraying by means of direct mains supply. The system is equipped with sprinklers with solenoid valve control.

The operation consists of a process cycle with aerial entry of the hangers. Once inside, the washing cycle is carried out automatically. The cycle consists of a washing with time and speed and an overhead spray rinse.
