The washing machine is specially designed to obtain a perfect washing of racks using pressurized water and spray rinsing.

After the different production processes, especially after drying, the racks accumulate residue and dirt. This washing machine is essential to achieve optimal washing and maintenance of this racks. The washing is carried out in a recirculation circuit composed of a pressure pump, tank, steam system to heat the water and batteries of mobile sprinklers directed in all directions. Rinsing is carried out by overhead spray by means of direct mains supply. The installation is equipped with sprinklers with solenoid valve control.

The operation consists of a process cycle with aerial entry of the racks. Once inside, the washing cycle is carried out automatically. The cycle consists of a time and speed controlled wash followed by an overhead spray rinse.
