Manual and automatic cutters with electronic multi-cut for ham, bacon and other meats.

The automatic cutter has been designed to achieve a uniform cut of cubes and to get the highest yield from your product, using a completely automatic system without any risk for the operators.

The hams are placed on the automatic conveyor belt, which feeds them to the loader. As it continues on, the ham passes through a reader that measures its dimensions.Then, the ham proceeds to the programmed longitudinal (first step) and transversally cuts (second step). Finally, it is ejected through the output conveyor.
