This system is designed for in-line operation, making this task a fully automated operation, ensuring at the same time, a uniform marking on all the pieces with the M.A.P.A. seal as well as any other desired mark or logo. Specially designed to adapt to all types of hams with skin.

The ham is placed on a conveyor belt with the skin side up and goes through the marking zone. A photocell, detecting the passage of the ham, activates the centering mechanism. While the ham is being centered, the sealing assembly marks the skin by heating it with a laser beam.
