AUTOMATIC DEBONING MACHINE MOD. ST828

The ST828 chicken deboner is a compact machine that does not require much space for operation. It can process up to 45 pieces per minute with only one operator. Pre-formed, horizontal in-feed trays make it easy to use for long periods of time. In addition, optional outfeed belts and cutting tables allow cartilage to be trimmed immediately after deboning or the product to be transported for further processing. As the diaphragm is not under pressure in its holder, bone breakage is kept to a maximum of 1%.
