AUTOMATIC MOULD WASHING AND SWEEPING TUNNEL MOD. SPM TLAV900 AND SPM TS900

The SPM TLAV900 washing line achieves the hygiene standards required for continuous ham and shoulder pressing cycles in the mold. This line has two independent operating sections: washing and rinsing. Equipped with detergent dosing systems, self-cleaning filters and water heating options by means of steam or heating elements, these machines are capable of solving the problems of continuous washing of all types of molds and lids, with minimum water consumption by reusing the water used for washing and rinsing with water from the mains.

In addition, together with the SPM TS900, a heated and turbine-driven blower sweep-off system is offered. This tunnel allows continuous washing and draining of molds and lids. The equipment has two parallel conveyors, one for the molds and one for the lids. The cleaning of the molds is done by closed circuit washing and direct rinsing of the net.
