The C model weighing and sorting machine is designed to perform continuous sorting of products according to their weight, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in food processing lines.
The system allows for the classification of a wide variety of products, such as hams, shoulders, meats, fish, poultry, fruits or vegetables, both fresh and frozen or cured, with production capacities of between 800 and 1,500 pieces per hour.
The equipment includes a dynamic weighing unit that records the weight of each piece and transmits this information to the sorting system. Based on this data, pneumatic ejectors automatically direct each product to the corresponding output according to its weight category.
The different sections of the system operate using independent conveyor belts, ensuring a continuous and precise flow of product. The equipment adapts to various unloading configurations using roller ramps, trays, or other systems, depending on the needs of each installation.
