After salting hams, it is necessary to wash them with water to eliminate the remains of salt on the surface. Currently, this generates a high uncontrolled consumption of water, which is discarded with a high amount of salt, causing contamination problems and high purification costs, in addition to the cost of disposal of the waste generated.

The MINICON washer uses clean water without recirculation and consumes less than 1.5 liters of water per ham or shoulder, achieving a very significant reduction in energy and water consumption, with a perfect result in the cleaning of hams and a great contribution to the preservation of the environment.

The ham and/or shoulder is placed on the special stainless steel conveyor where a sprinkler system shoots pressurized water, allowing to control the necessary water consumption and achieving a consumption of less than 1.5 liters per piece. This water is channeled to the machine's drain.

The ham comes out of the washer perfectly clean and ready to be hung.
