Our continuous automatic weighing and classifying equipment, designed for the sorting and unification by weight of different types of products, allows the classification of pieces and the formation of batches with the maximum guarantee of precision, reliability and profitability, reducing to the maximum the margins of overweight and notably reducing the labor force dedicated to this task. It can be manufactured with more or less discriminators, with different belt width and unloading mode.

The standard equipment is composed of 3 important sections:

• Product and conveyor infeed: conveys the parts for proper infeed to the next weighing section.
• Dynamic weighing equipment: it registers the weight of the piece and stores it with high precision, according to the chosen program.
• The third section, consisting of ejectors and conveyor belt, separates the product according to its weight based on the signals received. The unloading system is customized according to customer requirements (hopper, ramp, table, etc.).

It is available in 6 and 10 download options but is adaptable to the number of downloads required.
