Our continuous automatic weighing and sorting equipment is designed for the sorting and unitization of different types of products by weight. They allow for both the sorting of individual pieces and the formation of batches with maximum accuracy, reliability, and profitability, minimizing overweight margins and significantly reducing the labor required for this task.

It can be manufactured with a greater or lesser number of discriminators, different belt widths and customizable unloading modes according to the customer's needs.

The standard equipment is composed of three main sections:

  1. Infeed and product feeding belt: guides the pieces and ensures proper entry to the weighing section.
  2. Dynamic weighing unit: records the weight of each piece and stores it with high precision, based on the configured program.
  3. Grading and discharge system: composed of ejectors and a conveyor belt, it separates the product by weight according to the received signal. The discharge system can be configured with hoppers, ramps, tables, or other custom solutions.

Available in versions with 6 or 10 discharge points, but adaptable to any required number of outputs.
