DIP TANK MOD. DTU
The DTU treatment tank has been meticulously designed for the processing of non-floating fruits, helping to improve the quality of the products by prolonging their shelf life. This system allows the fruit to be peeled or cut, which is introduced through a ramp or feeding belt to be immersed and pulverized in the tank. At the client's request and considering the type of fruit, it can remain submerged between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. At the end of the process, it is possible to opt for optional drying using a blower before loading the product into a container or placing it on a conveyor belt for further processing.
Both the tank and the conveyor belts have been designed so that the time spent on cleaning and maintenance is minimally short, thus reducing labor-related costs.
