The upgraded version of the ST828 deboner for thighs, drums and wings includes an easy-to-start tulip processing unit. The transition from deboning to tulip processing is made with a few simple adjustments on the machine in a matter of minutes. Advantages offered by the ST828 deboner and tulip processer include accuracy, ability to adjust meat compression and versatility. In addition, it is available at a very affordable investment cost.
