The ST820 tulip processing machine adds value to your business by transforming the mid and prime wings, as well as small drums, into tulips. This machine is based on a mechanical memory and guides the product through different stages. First, one end of the product is cut off and the meat is partially compressed on the bone. In the case of the mid wing, the smaller bone is removed and the meat is further compressed on the bone. The product and cuts are collected separately on the integrated conveyor belts. The advantage of the tulip processor is that it can process three pieces at a time, with no adjustments required. In addition, it does not require changeovers to process left- or right-side parts. The machine can also process wing tips attached to the mid wings.
