For companies with continuous production needs, Henkovac offers a full automatic packaging line which includes an automatic double-chamber vacuum packaging machine, a conveyor belt, an immersion tank and an exit table.

This line facilitates the process by manually loading the product into the packaging machine, where the cover is automatically closed and the vacuum cycle starts. Once the cycle is complete, the cover is automatically moved to the next work platform, while the packaged products are discharged onto the conveyor belt. From here, the products can pass through the immersion tank if necessary, performing a short immersion cycle that ensures a hermetic seal on the shrink bags. After immersion, the products are discharged to the exit table for further handling such as removing excess film if a 1-2 seal has been used. The 1-2 seal is highly recommended when using shrink bags. For normal vacuum bags the immersion tank is not necessary.
