With a capacity of up to 23 eels per minute and no need for further adjustments, it ensures efficient and reliable operation. Its mechanical memory system performs a precise abdominal cut, while a scraper and suction nozzle remove the intestines. A final unit eliminates any remaining blood residues. All waste is collected in an optional container that can be emptied and cleaned easily at the touch of a button.
