AUTOMATIC FEEDER MOD. AFP8 AND AFP6

The automatic feeder, together with the PL4/PL6/PL8 peeler, forms a fully automated processing line for Williams pears. The pears are placed in a tank filled with water, where they are pre-washed before being transferred to an alignment station. In this station, Williams pears are oriented with the stalk downwards. The electrical connection between the feeder cabinet and the peeler cabinet allows precise synchronization of the mechanisms.

The system includes:

Hopper for aligning and distributing pears
Motorized drum to distribute pears evenly in the alignment mechanism
Mechanism to transfer pears directly to the peeler cups
