The innovative ST700K long automatic skinner is similar to the ST600 model: a high-capacity, high-performance skinner for small pieces, as well as for a wide range of chicken and turkey pieces. However, the ST700K differs in that it is wider, faster and easier to maintain.

Its design includes a double entry lane, automatic entry and exit conveyor belts, which preserve the integrity of the membrane and remove the skin in one piece, eliminating the need for disposable blades. In addition, it can be easily opened without tools and is quick and easy to clean.

To optimize space, it can be integrated into your production line and/or shorter conveyor belts can be added.

Its short version, the ST700K10, is suitable for peeling chicken, duck, pheasant and turkey pieces not exceeding 50 mm in height.
