The automatic extendible conveyor belt is designed to facilitate the loading and unloading of products up to a length of 14 meters.

With a fixed base supported on feet and two cantilevered extensions, the conveyor can reach a length of 8 meters cantilevered from the base. The extension is adjustable by pushbuttons, allowing the belt to be extended or compressed at any point along its length, making it suitable for unloading both fresh and frozen products.

It is composed of wrap-around modules that include a track for sliding the belt, a fixed base and several extendable wrap-around modules. The fixed base consists of a wrap-around module with guides for sliding the extension, a drive unit with a gear motor and transmission for the PVC conveyor belt, as well as a drive unit with transmission for the extendable wrap-around module, return and belt guide drums, and support feet for floor fixing.

The extendable wrap-around modules consist of a chassis with a sliding track, support and return rollers for the belt. Both the base and the first extension are equipped with the driving equipment to drive the first and second extension, respectively. Each extension has pneumatic support feet to ensure stability and proper operation.
