Made to operate from right to left, this MINICON washing machine uses clean water without recirculation and consumes less than 1.5 litres of water for each ham or shoulder, achieving a very significant reduction in energy and water consumption, with a perfect result in the cleaning of the hams and a great contribution to the preservation of the environment.

The ham and/or shoulder is placed on the special stainless steel conveyor where a sprinkler system shoots pressurized water, allowing to control the necessary water consumption and achieving a consumption of less than 1.5 liters per piece. This water is channeled to the machine's drain.

The ham comes out of the washer perfectly clean and ready to be hung.
